Otaku in Love -Densha Otoko o “el del tren” en japones- nos trae algo mas, como su titulo pudiera sugerir, que un manga sobre los propios fans del manga u otakus: Otaku in Love ha representado todo un fenomeno de culto en su pais natal, surgido inicialmente como serie televisiva de imagen real en 2005 y basado en una historia supuestamente veridica. “El del tren” titular es Tsuyoshi Yamada, un otaku con dificultades para ligar, hasta que un dia halla el amor de su vida al defender, en un viaje en tren, a una joven que estaba siendo asediada por un borracho. Tras la teleserie, Otaku in Love ha inspirado un largometraje y diversas adaptaciones en manga. La que os ofreceremos ha sido guionizada por Hitori Nakano e ilustrada por Hidenori Hara y publicada originalmente por Shogakukan. La serie esta compuesta de 3 volumenes. Sin duda alguna, tambien los otakus hispanos se sentiran identificados con el “prota” de Otaku in Love.
